Literature Text

Zaia zaia, ma lau, Ikaya.
There there, live on, Gaia.
The fire within you can still burn,
give the wood inside you, a good turn.

Daru daru, nau marlu.
There are still those here,
Who care and love you.

Zimiru naru, love daré.
We are here, and were here to stay.
Death is not your fate today.

Zaia zaia, ma lau, Ikaya
There there, live on,
Child of Gaia.
There is no language to the vesrses between estrophas. Their just words that occasionally com to my mind and and for some reason I have always felt like I knew their meaning. Out of curiosity I looked them up and found nothing on them, that's why I say that they have no language, and if they do, I would like to know their meaning in the different tongues they show up in.

As for Gaia, for those of you who don't know, in a religion foreign to mine Gaia is seen as the spirit of Mother Earth or The God of Life. Becuse of this, I often like using the name in many of my poems when refering to Earth as a person rather than an object that occupies space and time while supporting life. Look it up to learn more.

Incase your confused, no, I don't worship Gaia. I am christian, thus I worship Iohova, also known as Yawe by hebrews (or another ancient tribe from the sons of Abraham). I don't confuse them and know the difference between the two. But I do say that I feel god's presence in everything that lives and breaths as they are part of what he created. Take what you will. I hope you enjoyed my poem.
